KICKBOXING Kickboxing is a fully accredited AAA rated ‘PUNCH Fitness’ class. We use all the fitness methods used by kick boxers without the contact. The class includes punching drills with focus mitt’s and Thai pads, basic footwork and defensive skills. It’s a great way to get in shape and feel great. This class increases aerobic fitness, strength, co-ordination balance and core strength. They are conducted at our private personal training gym on Tuesdays at 6.30pm. Individual classes = $11.00 per class. *Packages available - 10 session pass card $90.00. |
