Pilates is a tried and tested method of improving posture, strength, mobility and flexibility. Pilates is a method of exercise that strengthens the deep abdominal and spinal muscles (core muscles) which in turn strengthens the whole body. It is recommended by doctors and physiotherapists as a part of your fitness regime.

Pilates classes are conducted in our studio on a school term basis and according to the best days/times of the attending participants:

Smaller private Pilates training is also available in our personal fitness studio - rates as per Personal Training packages.

Proceeds from our Pilates groups is fully sponsoring three children (below) through World Vision along with a long term financial commitment to Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders).

Dipa B

Dipa was born on 20/04/2002 and lives in Bangladesh with her sister, mother and father. Both of Dipa’s parents are unemployed. Dipa attends primary school where her favourite subject is her national language, Bengali, and her favourite game is playing with dolls.

Carlos was born on 09/11/2002 and lives in Columbia with his sister and mother, who is unemployed. Carlos attends school where his favourite subject is colouring, and his favourite game is soccer.

Susan E

Susan was born on 28/03/2003 and lives in Uganda with her two brothers, mother and father. Both of Susan’s parents are unemployed. Susan attends school, and her favourite game is playing with dolls.
